mince meat vegetable spaghetti.


Ingredients

•1 kilo of Minced beef

•1 big Green pepper

• 4  Red pepper

• 5 big Fresh tomato

• 3 big Carrot

• 1 handful of Green beans

• 500g of bonita spaghetti ( its better than the regular spaghetti)

• 2 cooking spoons of soya oil

• 2 cubes of knorr

• salt to taste

• 1/2 teaspoon of curry

• 1/2 teaspoon of thyme

• 3 boiled eggs (for serving the dish)

Preparations

• Blend your pepper and tomato

• Dice your green pepper carrot and green beans

• Boil your minced meat with vegetable oil Maggi, 1/2 teaspoon of curry,salt to taste and stir as it cooks to avoid it sticking together.

• When it's boiled,Set aside

• Boil your spaghetti for about 3 mins so that it won't be too soggy

• While boiling your spaghetti, fry the sauce for the mixing

• sieve your spaghetti and set aside.

• Put  2 cooking spoonful of vegetable oil in your fry pan,when it's hot

• Add your onion and already blended red pepper, tomato

• Leave it to fry for 3 mins

• add your green pepper carrot and green beans

• Add cubes of knorr,curry and salt to taste

• leave it to fry for 2 mins

• Then add your boiled minced meat

• Leave to fry for 2 mins

• When properly fried

• Mix the sauce properly with your spaghetti

• serve with boiled eggs or oven grilled chicken.

Breakfast is ready!
