spicy chicken gizzards


INGREDIENTS

• gizzard

• a handful of green onions

•1 tablespoon of tomato paste

• red chilli

• 3 Garlic glove

• salt to taste

• 1/2 medium size red onion

• knorr cube as desired

• 2 tablespoons of flour

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 tablespoon red pepper paste

DIRECTIONS
• cut your gizzards up wash in some flour/salt

• then boil it for about 10 minutes to rid of all impurities.

 • while the gizzard is cooking,get your sauce mixture ready;
- 1tablespoon red chilli pepper powder,
- 1tablespoon red pepper paste,
- 1tablespoon of tomatoe paste
- 1tablespoon olive oil,
- 1tablespoon soy sauce,
- 1/2 medium size red onion

 • fry your sauce using the above ingredients

• After the chicken is done boiling and well cooked, sieve out the remaining stock

• add the sauce mixture to it and mix well.

 • Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to coat the gizzards.

 • Then throw everything onto a hot pan  and fry for some minutes with the green onions and you’re ready to serve!
