BANANA PANCAKE
•1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)
•2 cups of flour
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoon milk
• soya oil
• a pinch of salt.
•1/2 cups water
• No-Stick Cooking Spray
• 1 cup Butter Flavored Syrup
Preparation Directions:
1. BLEND the 2 medium banana
2. In a clean bowl, add the milk, salt and water to a sieved 2 cups of flour, mixed very well.
3. With the half glass of water it was still thick and not free flowing so, if you prefer it that way don't add any more water, if you don't add another half glass of water.
4. add the blended bananas and stirred very well before adding the whisked eggs,vanilla mixing well.
5. SPRAY cooking surface and pancake turner with no-stick cooking spray ( use soya oil if you don't have cooking spray).Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot frying pan. Cook about 1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Repeat process until all batter is used.
3. Stack 3 pancakes in the center of a plate, drizzle with syrup. Serve immediately.
