curry chicken stew

       my hubby was a little bored with normal recipes this morning, he wanted something spicey.i decided to try out this recipe, it turned out just like i expected ;delicious.if you are one of those people that love curry sauce, you will surely love this recipe.
   It's easy to make. If you know how to make stew chicken, then this wouldn't be difficult for you to make.All you will need to do now is season the chicken with curry to bring out the extra flavour.
                     
                   INGREDIENTS.
* 8 piece of chicken
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon ketchup
* 2 cloves of garlic- crushed
* 1 teaspoon fresh ginger -crushed
* 4 teaspoon vegetable oil
* 1 medium onion- chopped
* 1 medium tomatoes- chopped
* 1 cup of water
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon hot pepper
* 3 teaspoon of vinegar
* 3 cubes of maggi

              PREPARING CHICKEN
Cut the chicken to serving size.in a bowl empty the cut chicken and squeeze vinegar onto       it.add some water to cover the pieces of chicken, now wash individually, removing skin and fat.add a new batch of water and drain.in the same bowl with the freshly washed chicken, add all the ingredients except the oil and cup of water. we will be using the water to cook the chicken (put the mixed chicken in the fridge and allow it sit for 1hr "marinate:) before cooking.

* After 1hr,  its time to get things moving.  On high heat,
* add the oil to the pan.add the seasoned chicken and sear on all sides until brown.
* add in all left over ingredients with the chicken stir to combine add 1 cup of water.
* simmer on medium heat until chi chicken is cooked through.
* Add more water if still too thick.serve with rice.
