spicey fried noodles.
Ingredients.
● 2 packs of noodles
● 4 chopped scotch bonnet
● 2 eggs
● pinch of salt
● fried plantain
● chopped onion
● soya oil
● 2 cups of water
Method used
• in a clean pot, pour the 2 cups of water.once the water heats up, add the noodles
• allow to cook for 5 minutes
• pour out in a sieve and then into a clean bowl
• in a clean pot, add 2 tablespoon of soya oil, allow the oil to heat up, add your onion and chopped pepper
• fry for 3 minutes, add your noodle spice
• finally, add your sieved noodles and mix all together
• mix well so the spice don't stick to the bottom of the pot.
• allow to heat a little and turn off heat.
• break your eggs in a clean plate,add a tiny pinch of salt and whisk
• spray your frying pan with a non-sticky cooking spray and fry.
• serve noodles immediately with the already fried plantain and eggs.
NOTE: Indomie noodles should not be allowed to boil for more than five minutes if you
do not want it sticky.you can also ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES to make it richer.
