vegetable sauce.
INGREDIENTS
•1/2 kilo of chicken
•1/2 kilo beef
• 2 bunch of pumpkin leave
• Pomo(as you desire)
• Stock fish( as you desire)
• 5 ball of red Pepper (blended )
• 3 cooking spoon of red oil
• 3 cubes of knorr
• 2 tablespoons of grounded crayfish
• Salt to taste.
•1 medium size onions
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
• Put 3 cooking spoon of red oil into the cooking pan
• When it heats up, add your onion and blended pepper
• Leave for couple of mins to fry well
• add the 2 spoons of grounded crayfish, stir and continue frying
• after some minutes when it looks abit dry,add the stock of the cooked beef, chicken and Pomo,
• stir well and allow to boil well
• add the cubes of knorr
• salt to taste
• Leave to cook for some mins
• Then add your vegetable, stir well
• Leave it to steam for 3mins
• Then it's ready.
*It can be served with white rice or boiled yam.
NOTE:
The recipe can be amended to your taste, depending on how you like to make your vegetable sauce.
