Cooking for babies and toddlers
The little ones needs all the mineral and nutrients required for healthy growth. As a mother, we have our parts to play and take good care of our little bundle of joy. These are some of the wonderful meal ideas for the kids.
Fruit
Any fruit is good for your child, providing essential vitamins and minerals. Fruit also has fiber, which keeps kids regular. To reap the nutritional benefits, aim to eat a variety of fruits, like berries, melon, kiwifruit and oranges.
Eggs
Eggs offer protein, and they're one of the few foods that naturally contain vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium. Eating protein at breakfast helps kids feel satisfied longer (no mid-morning hunger pangs).
Oatmeal
Research shows that kids who eat oatmeal are better able to concentrate and pay attention in school. Fiber-rich whole grains, like oatmeal, digest slowly, providing kids with a steady stream of energy.
Milk
Protein and calcium in dairy products provide fuel for the brain and body. Protein helps build brain tissue, while milk's calcium keeps kids' bones and teeth strong.
Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins
Introduce baby to this family favorite made even more healthy by adding whole-wheat flour and oatmeal. Tossing unthawed frozen blueberries with a couple tablespoons of flour before adding them to the batter keeps them from turning the batter purple while they bake. If you use fresh blueberries, skip that step.
For baby: Serve 1/2 to 1 cooled muffin.

3 Ways to hard boil an egg.
If you don't know the perfect timing to make you boiled eggs perfect or you have always tried to make it hard boiled, but never get it right, worry no more.
After a long research and experimenting, I bring to you the most perfect ways to get your desired result. Thank you Anna Kocharian,it was a joyful experience.
1. ADD SALTS
4 eggs
Place eggs in a pot and fill with enough cold water to just cover the eggs.Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of each egg, to prevent it from cracking.Bring the water to a boil over medium high heat.Once the water begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium and let the eggs boil for 6-7 minutes.Remove the eggs from the heat and immediately submerge in cold running water (or a bowl of ice) to stop the cooking process.
Increase cooking time accordingly based on the number of eggs.
2. ADD VINEGAR
Place the eggs in single layer in a large pot and fill the pan with cold water, covering the eggs by one inch.Sprinkle the pot with a dash of salt and a tablespoon of vinegar. - This will ensure that should the eggs don’t run if they crack.Bring the water to a boil over medium heat, and immediately remove from the heat and cover.Let the eggs stand in the hot water for 12-15 minutes, depending on the desired consistency.Once fully cooked, submerge the eggs in an ice bath and allow to cool.
